• Even though orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, please allow 1-3 Weeks for delivery (within the U.S. & 2-4 weeks for international orders). Once we deliver your order to the post office we cannot be accountable for delays beyond our contr

• We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured orders are damaged, lost, or stolen once delivered to the postal facility.  

• All orders are sent through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested by the customer (special shipping requests may incur additional cost. Please contact for a quote).

• Insurance may be added by request only for an additional $3.00 per shipment.  Please email info@coveredinclay.com to request insurance.
